Heat Pump HVAC (HP HVAC) rebates:

- Own the home where the upgrade is being installed
- Replace gas, propane, or oil appliances with qualified electric ones
- Submit proof that the old equipment was removed or disabled (like a capped gas line or removal photo)
Yes. You can get a $1,000 rebate for a panel upgrade when it’s tied to a heat pump installation. The upgrade must happen within 6 months of the heat pump project.
Definitely. If you’re enrolled in CARE or FERA, you can get up to $4,000 in bonus rebates—$1,000 each for a heat pump water heater, a heat pump HVAC system, and two panel upgrades (one per appliance). In most cases, this means your upgrade will cost nothing or next to nothing.
Yes. WestLight Energy offers 0% interest loans up to $10,000 through its Zero Percent Loan Program. You can use this financing alongside rebates to reduce your upfront costs.
While renters can’t apply directly, your landlord can. Rental properties qualify for the same rebates if the property owner submits the application.
