Leadership

Account Services
Working directly with customers, the Account Services team helps households and businesses navigate their energy options and access clean energy programs. From account support to program participation, they make it easier to achieve savings, sustainability, and reliable service.
Administration
The Administration team keeps the organization running smoothly day to day. They connect the Board, leadership, and staff, supporting public meetings, executive priorities, scheduling, and office operations with care and attention to detail. Their work provides a strong foundation for the agency’s mission.
Data and Technology
Behind the scenes, the Data and Technology team powers the systems that support the organization’s work. They manage data platforms, provide IT support, and strengthen infrastructure to keep everything running securely and efficiently. Their work turns complex information into insights that inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Energy Programs
The Energy Programs team leads initiatives that reduce emissions and expand access to clean energy solutions. They design and manage programs ranging from building electrification and EV incentives to rebates, community grants, and local reach code support, focusing on measurable, cost-effective results.
Finance
The Finance team oversees the organization’s financial health and stability, managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, investments, and grant administration. They provide analysis to support strategic decision-making and help ensure responsible stewardship of public funds.
Government Affairs
Working with policymakers at the local, regional, state, and federal levels, the Government Affairs team helps advance the organization’s priorities. They monitor legislation, support advocacy, coordinate with public partners, and help move policies forward at the city and county level.
People & Culture
The People & Culture team supports the people who power the organization. They help attract, develop, and retain talent, partnering with leaders to foster employee growth, engagement, and an inclusive workplace culture.
Innovation Strategy
Looking ahead to what’s next in clean energy, the Innovation Strategy team explores emerging technologies and new approaches. They test ideas through pilot projects and develop strategies that support long-term impact and keep the organization at the forefront of the clean energy transition.
Marketing and Community Relations
The Marketing and Community Relations team leads communications, branding, and community engagement. They develop public education campaigns, manage digital and print communications, oversee media relations and advertising, and support school programs, community events, and outreach grants.
Power Resources
The Power Resources team secures and manages the clean energy that powers our communities. They procure energy, negotiate renewable contracts, plan for long-term supply, and manage market risk to keep service reliable and affordable while delivering carbon-free power.
Regulatory Policy
Navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, the Regulatory Policy team works at the state and federal levels to support compliance and strategy. They participate in proceedings, manage filings, track decisions, and interpret requirements to help align programs and operations with regulatory obligations and opportunities.
