This Request for Qualifications and Pricing is seeking discounted/bulk pricing for EV charging hardware and software services which WestLight Energy and Ecology Action will recommend to customers who engage in program technical assistance. Low-power charging solutions, smart outlets (including Level 1 and Level 2), Level 2 charging stations with power management capabilities, and devices that enable direct wiring to individual meters with load management.
Vendors that meet the criteria will be published on WestLight’s recommended vendor list for customers receiveding technical assistance. Hardware specifications and pricing provided from the RFQ response will also be communicated to customers and Trade Ally contractors participating in WestLight Energy’s EV Ready Program.

Pricing and Qualifications must be received on or before the deadline to be included in the Q4 2026 update of WestLight Energy and Ecology Action’s customer charger recommendation guide.
