> WestLight Energy (WestLight Energy) is a public, locally governed Community Choice Aggregator that supplies cleaner electricity at competitive rates. Customers choose ECOplus (default) or ECO100 (100% renewable). PG&E still delivers power and sends one consolidated bill. ECO100 costs $0.015/kWh above ECOplus (≈ $6–$7/mo for the average home). Customers can opt up to ECO100 or opt out at any time. Service area: San Mateo County and the City of Los Banos (Merced County). Customer support: 866-966-0110.
