Dear ECO100 Customer,

Beginning January 1, 2026, the rate premium for our 100% renewable ECO100 product will decrease by 0.5 cents per kWh—from 1.5 cents down to 1.0 cents per kWh.

In 2025, higher power supply costs required an increase in the ECO100 premium. While the cost of power is still elevated, we’re now able to reduce the premium. For the average customer, this change means an estimated decrease of 1.5% to your electricity bill.

 WestLight Energy offers two clean power options, so you can choose what is best for you:

• ECO100: 100% renewable energy, now with a lower premium of 1.0 cent per kWh
• ECOplus: Our standard, lower cost product that is 100% carbon-free energy from both renewable and large hydro resources. As of October 1, 2025, our ECOplus rates are at least 10% lower than PG&E’s default generation rates.
